Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ExactPDF (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

ExactPDF is an Android application published by Kaadan that helps you create, arrange, view, and manage PDF files from photos and scans on your device. Core document processing is designed to run on your phone. Features may include page arrange, merge/split tools, on-device OCR/searchable PDF, password protection (Pro), and a local file library.

Page cropping, reordering, drawing and handwritten signature tools create an edited copy rather than replacing your original. Cropping hides areas outside the visible page boundary; it is not secure redaction and does not permanently remove hidden content. A drawn signature is a visual handwritten mark, not a certificate-backed digital signature or a guarantee of legal validity. Check edited files before sharing them and use dedicated redaction or certified signing tools when required.

These Terms apply only to ExactPDF. Other products hosted on reallifeleveling.space have their own terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ExactPDF on Android devices you own or control, for your own lawful use, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App, bypass licensing or Pro unlocks, or remove legal notices.

3. Free features and ExactPDF Pro

ExactPDF may be offered with a free feature set. Free PDFs may include a small ExactPDF watermark. ExactPDF Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play (product identifier exactpdf_pro). Pro removes the watermark and unlocks Pro-only features described in the App at the time of purchase (for example password protection and other listed Pro tools).

Pricing, taxes, payment methods, refunds, chargebacks, and purchase eligibility are governed by Google Play. We do not process card payments ourselves and cannot issue card refunds outside Google’s process. Use Google Play’s refund and purchase tools, or contact us at pjake6763@gmail.com if you need help restoring a legitimate Pro purchase on the same Google account.

Pro is not a subscription. Unless Google Play or applicable law says otherwise, a completed Pro purchase unlocks Pro for that Google account on compatible devices where you restore the purchase.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

ExactPDF does not claim ownership of your documents. You keep whatever rights you already have in your photos and PDFs.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ExactPDF to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt to attack or overload systems, or bypass Google Play licensing. Do not use the App to process content you are not allowed to handle. Export control and other laws may apply to software, including U.S. export rules.

6. Third-party services and other apps

Google Play distribution and billing are provided by Google. The App uses RevenueCat with Google Play Billing to verify and restore purchase entitlements. Document scanning and text recognition use Google ML Kit. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Open-source dependency licenses and required third-party notices are available offline in the App’s About screen.

If you open, share, print, or save files with another app, that app’s terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party apps, cloud drives, email providers, or printers you choose.

7. Intellectual property

The App, name ExactPDF, design, mascot artwork, and related materials are owned by the publisher or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party trademarks (including Google Play) belong to their owners.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every Android device, camera, storage provider, or future Android version, or that OCR will be perfectly accurate for every language or image.

Some places do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those places, warranties last only as long as the law requires.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, DOCUMENTS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR EXACTPDF PRO DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is forbidden).

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Read it together with these Terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL and the “Last updated” date will change. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it. We may stop offering the App or updates. Your license ends if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise for consumer contracts. Courts in a mutually convenient U.S. forum may hear disputes that are not resolved informally, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you have locally.

If a section is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
